Joining Scouting BSA Troop 16
Eligibility Requirements
Youth may join Scouting BSA Troop 16 if they are at least 11 years old, or have completed the fifth grade or earned the Cub Scout Arrow of Light Award and are at least 10 years old. All youth members must be under 18 years of age.
Youth Registration Fees
The annual registration fee for Scouts is $140, plus $12 for a Boy's Life magazine subscription. These fees cover National BSA registration, the NNJC program fee, and insurance. A one-time $25 new Scout registration fee applies when joining for the first time.
Adult Leader Registration Fees
The annual registration fee for Adult Leaders is $80, which includes National BSA registration, the NNJC program fee, and insurance. Adult Leaders will also receive Scouting Magazine. A one-time $25 new Adult Leader registration fee applies for first-time registration.
